Baumert und Collegen in Mannheim is seeking with immediate effect a lawyer (m/f/d) for freelance collaboration in family and inheritance law to round out the firm’s profile. The role covers advice and drafting of prenuptial agreements and divorce settlement agreements, particularly for entrepreneurs and shareholders, as well as support in divorce proceedings for entrepreneurs, managers and high-net-worth private clients. Further tasks include parentage law, procedural support for asset and business succession, representation in inheritance and compulsory portion disputes, and executorships. Long-standing professional experience in family law and/or a specialist lawyer title in family law are expected, optionally inheritance law knowledge, strong advisory skills and a team-oriented approach.
